Star Power Meets Boardwalk Vibes

Joey Fatone, 49, teamed with manager and partner Joe Mulvihill, 56, to open Fat One’s Hot Dogs & Italian Ice at Universal Orlando Resort on Sept. 19. The duo have history with the park — both performed in Beetlejuice’s Rock and Roll Graveyard Revue — and even went to Dr. Phillips High School across the street.

Celebrity-Approved Creations

Fatone leaned on old friends for flavor ideas: fellow alumnus Luis Fonsi, once in an a cappella group with him, inspired the El Fonsi, built on a brioche bun with ham, turkey, Swiss, sofrito, onion jam, mayo-ketchup and potato sticks.
